The Alpha Project – Kalidar

Kalidar is a 100% Blizzlike, non-commercial Vanilla server. Experience all content at your own pace, alone or with friends. We have a bot system that lets you control player bots for group content on your own and even battle against them in Battlegrounds! No more downtime—play whenever and however you want!

Most of you won’t know the project, so I’ll start with a brief introduction. I have been developing for about a year a new emulator written from scratch for the 0.5.3.3368 Friends and Family alpha version. Development is going well and steady (although I gladly welcome any contributor wanting to help).

I’m releasing all the software and resources to the public, you can find everything here: https://github.com/The-Alpha-Project.

There’s at this moment a closed 0.5.3 server that is open for Supporters and Contributors only, but to lesser the waiting for the completion of the emulator (which will take a long time), I have decided to offer something to the community: a pure Vanilla 1.12 server.

This is not a commercial project of any kind, just a long lasting realm to chill alone or with friends knowing that you are the owner of your data (I won’t perform any wipe and I’ll gladly provide dumps of your characters if you request them). Said this, don’t expect anything else from it, just a little comfy place.

In case you are wondering these are the features:

· Core: vMaNGOS, always with the latest changes.
