In a move that should surprise no one, Blizzard filed a takedown notice the team running the Nostalrius Begins private server. Nostalrius was an extremely populated 1.12.1 WoW private server running a Blizzlike environment, refusing donations for everything except hosting costs.
The other day they posted on their website:
“Yesterday, we received a letter of formal notice from US and french lawyers, acting on behalf of Blizzard Entertainment, preparing to stand trial against our hosting company OVH and ourselves in less than a week now. This means the de facto end of Nostalrius under its current form.”
